As Head of Product for the American Fishing Tackle Company for over 7 years, I managed a very small, highly efficient team. We achieved amazing revenue growth and increased brand recognition in a very competitive outdoor market segment. I did all the product design, sportswear garment prints and graphics and all trim design, package design and graphics - including all consumer facing icons, logos and nomenclature. As a team we strategized line planning, developed and produced an innovative multi-award winning product line three years in a row. I am very proud to have been part of an exciting chapter of growth for the brand. I am humbled and happy when I read the customer product comments. At the end of the day their affirmation is everything.  Aftco women's is an extension of the men's ethos. I designed all garments and associated graphics. I implemented fits and completed all strategic line planning with regards to price and SKU count.
